Do you have a price list?

Everything we do is custom so each project is priced individually. Just call us at 304-623-6339 or 800-794-6331 to obtain an estimate.

Do you have a catalog?

Since everything we do is custom, there is no catalog. Let us know about your project and we will help you select appropriate inks and papers.

Do you accept verbal orders?

For your protection and ours, we require a written purchase order, a faxed request, or a mailed sample, before we can enter a job for you.

What are your minimum quantities?

We will be happy to meet any quantity you request.

What is your average processing time for orders?

Each order is unique. Please call us at 304-623-6339 or 800-794-6331 for specific information about your particular needs.

Do you have RUSH charges?

We work hard to minimize turnaround time while maintaining our regular pricing, but a minimum $5 rush charge will be added when necessary.

I don't have digital art for my project. Can I send you a sketch or a layout of what I want?

We will reset your copy and e-mail, fax or mail you a proof unless you prefer to proofread in our store.

What is a "proof"?

A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements.

Why do you send a proof on every new job, even when the artwork file is e-mailed?

Please keep in mind that proof colors are an approximation and are not calibrated for accurate color, colors shown may vary slightly in printing.

Will the colors in my proof be accurate?

Even when we receive digital art in the correct format, we output a proof. This assures our customer that no alterations were made to the file and that we received the most current version of the artwork. We employ human beings to produce your work and, last time we checked, humans are not perfect. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.

What are your standard ink colors?

Black, 185 Red, Reflex Blue, 347 Green, & 439 Brown. PMS match colors are available for an additional charge.

Do your prices include freight?

No, but if you'd like freight included in your price, just let us know.

What are your business hours?

Can a union label be printed on my job?

A union logo can be added to any job printed in-house.
